Strategic Planning Team
The Strategic Planning Team was formed from those members attending the February 2016 Core Leaders Retreat. They are a diverse advisory group that reflects the collective thinking of the congregation when considering direction, policy, vision for St. Paul Church. They are not a policy making entity of the congregation, but do serve as “pump primers”, offering policy considerations, and potential strategies for Church Council consideration. They are committed to giving the time, energy and forethought to some of the recommendations that appear on the Church Council agenda. Because the Council agenda is often heavy with business, it is the strategic Planning Team that is able to spend greater time looking at the complexities of proposals that come to the Church Council, especially those proposals that have to do with the rebirthing strategies for Saint Paul Church.
The Strategic Planning Team meeting schedule varies.
Current members are: Jim Aberg, Bethany Bjorklund, Diane Murphy, Deb Stockberger, and Chris Wallace.
